In this order

01Book IELTS or PTE now. Everything downstream waits on the score.
02Apply for the NOC once you have an offer. Budget three to seven working days, and note it can only be applied for after the offer exists.
03Work backwards from the Australia intake you are aiming at. The offer has to exist months before teaching starts, not weeks.
04Bring all of this to us and we will tell you, in writing, which parts we think are wrong.
