What we keep, and for how long.

Your name and phone number when you ask to be rung back. If you become a client, everything needed to make an application: academic records, identity documents, financial evidence, test scores and correspondence with institutions. The reality check on this site runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing unless you separately give us your number.

To advise you, to make applications on your behalf, and to meet the record-keeping and student-data reporting the Ministry of Education requires of registered consultancies.

Bank statements, income evidence and sponsor documents are deleted 90 days after your intake closes. They are the most sensitive thing we hold and there is no reason to keep them once they have done their job.

The institutions you apply to, and the government departments that process the NOC and the visa. Nobody else. We do not sell or share contact details, and we do not pass your number to another consultancy.

We record which pages are visited so we know what is useful. That is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.
