Fees
What we charge, and what it buys.
Published here, and repeated in the written agreement you sign before any work starts, alongside the admission conditions, the scholarship terms and the refund policy. If a number here and a number in your agreement ever differ, the agreement is the one that binds and you should ring us the same day.

The other way we get paid
Institutions pay us commission. Here is what we do about that.
Institutions pay us a commission when a student enrols. That is how every consultancy in Nepal earns, ours included, and it is worth knowing before you take anyone's advice about where to apply.
It creates an obvious conflict: the institution that pays the most is not always the one that suits you. We handle it by telling you, in the shortlist, which of the institutions on it pay us and which do not.
If you want to apply somewhere that pays us nothing, we will do it for the same fee.
Not ours
What you pay to somebody else
Third-party costs go straight to a government, a test centre or a university. We do not mark them up and we will show you the receipt for each one.
- NOC fee, paid to MoEST
- IELTS, PTE or TOEFL fee, paid to the test centre
- University application fees, paid to the university
- Visa lodgement fee, paid to the destination government
- Medical, police clearance and translation charges
Refunds
What happens if you stop
- Work not yet done is refunded in full.
- Fees paid to a government, a test centre or a university are not ours to refund, and we will show you the receipt for each one.
- A visa refusal does not cancel the work already completed, but where the refusal is the result of an error on our side, our fee for that stage is returned.
- Every refund is paid back through the bank to the account it came from, within fifteen working days.
How we take money
Through the bank, every time
A payment that leaves no trace is a payment that can be argued about later, and it is always the student who loses that argument. Every rupee that reaches us has a bank record and a line on your file with the date on it.
