The process
Most students lose months because nobody tells them what happens next.
So here is the whole thing, in order, with the timelines we actually work to.
How we work
Seven steps. You always know which one you're on.
Most students lose months because nobody tells them what happens next. So here is the whole thing, in order, with honest timelines.
Day 1
A free 45-minute assessment
We look at your marks, your money and your gaps, then tell you which countries are realistic. If we don't think we can help you, we say so in that first meeting rather than taking a deposit.
Week 1
A shortlist, with the real odds attached
Three to five courses, each with its published cost and its current approval rate. You see why one is on the list and another was cut. Nothing reaches your list because of what it pays us.
Weeks 2 to 8
English test and documents
A target score, a study plan and a mock test before you book. In parallel we assemble transcripts, references and everything the universities will ask for.
Weeks 4 to 12
Applications and offers
We apply, we chase, and we bring the offers back to you side by side. You choose. We explain the trade-offs, including the ones that cost us money.
Weeks 8 to 16
Money, bank file and NOC
Loan comparison across banks, the 28-day funds rule handled properly, sponsor documents that hold up, and your Ministry of Education No Objection Certificate.
Weeks 12 to 20
Visa file and interview practice
Your statement written in your own voice, not ours. Then mock interviews until your answers stop sounding rehearsed, which is what the US and Australian counters listen for.
Before you fly
Pre-departure, and the part after
Accommodation, forex, packing, SIM, first-week logistics. Then we stay reachable once you land, because the week after arrival is when students actually panic.
Step one is free.
And it genuinely ends with us telling some students not to go this year. That is a real outcome of a real assessment, not a line on a website.
