Sprout Education Consultancy

About

A new office, with a team that reads the rules the week they change.

Sprout Education helps Nepali students apply to universities abroad and get the visa that follows. We work in the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. That is the whole business: we are not a test centre, we are not an agent for one institution, and we do not run the kind of fair the 2026 rules have banned anyway.

We are new, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we can show you instead of a founding date is the work: every figure on this site carries the government or newspaper it came from and the date we last checked it, and the ones we have not confirmed are listed on a page of their own. Rules in this sector changed twice in 2026. Being new mostly means having read them.

How we work

Five things you can hold us to

Each of these is either visible on this site or written into the agreement you sign. None of them is a slogan.

  1. 01

    We publish the bad numbers

Four in five American applications from Nepal are refused. Two in three Australian ones. Those figures are on our homepage with the source under them, because a student choosing a destination should be choosing with them in front of her.

  2. 02

    We publish our fees

On a page, before you walk in, and again in the written agreement with the admission conditions, the scholarship terms and the refund policy.

  3. 03

    We take no cash

Every payment goes through the banking system and gets a receipt on the day. A payment that leaves no trace is one that can be argued about later, and it is always the student who loses that argument.

  4. 04

Everything we do is on your file

Every document, every application, every note a counsellor wrote, every rupee paid, with the date on it, and you can open it yourself whenever you like.

  5. 05

We will tell you when to stop

Some applications should not be made. Saying so costs us a fee and saves a family several lakh, and it is the only version of this job that is worth doing.

Where

Kumaripati - Mahalaxmisthan Road, Lalitpur 44700, Nepal

Sunday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm. Walk in, or ring +977 9712078863 and we will tell you on the phone whether the trip is worth making.

Registration

What we can and cannot claim

Under the Educational Consultancy Regulation 2026 a consultancy registers federally with the Ministry of Education, lodges a deposit and renews its licence every year, and the ministry publishes an A, B or C grade for each firm on its own website.

We do not print a licence number on this site, because a number nobody has verified is worth nothing and claiming one you do not hold is now an offence rather than an exaggeration. When ours is issued it will appear here and in the footer, and you will be able to check it against the ministry’s own list.

Everything else we publish, with its source
